In case an official document is received or sent as a hard copy, the receiver can upload it into the system for further use.



        1. Click the [E-Approval] menu from main menu bar on the top of the screen
        2. Click any folder from the Department box
        3. Click the [ Register] button in the left corner




        1. Select received or dispatched 
        2. Fill the required information 
        3. Click the [save] button to complete the action. or cancel.
