3.5. Register official letters
In case an official document is received or sent as a hard copy, the receiver can upload it into the system for further use.
- Click the [E-Approval] menu from main menu bar on the top of the screen
- Click any folder from the Department box
- Click the [ Register] button in the left corner
- Select received or dispatched
- Fill the required information
- Click the [save] button to complete the action. or cancel.
