The system provides Department contacts, Private contacts, Shared contacts and Sharing private contacts 

  • Users can add contacts from not only the organization chat but from external sources as well. 


Also, users can add or edit contact groups to help them manage their contacts.

The contact provides the following functions:


  • Register New contacts: register new contacts
  • Organization Contacts:  default contacts shared by the user’s organization
  • My Contacts: user-added contacts and groups
  • Shared Contacts: a contacts folder shared by other users
